NEW: SJO & SJO Vol. 2 – Livestream (EN)

The “&” stands for our guests. Countless great soloists, composers and leaders have been welcomed by the Swiss Jazz Orchestra since its foundation in 2003. The SJO offers its guests space, freedom and the stage. That would have been the plan for this evening as well. Due to the current situation we had to change the programing. This spotlight will now fall on the musicians of the band for a second time: SJO & SJO stands for an evening in which our own musicians are in the spotlight. The setlist is composed of pieces that separate SJO members from the body of sound, place them in the musical center and thus make them the “&”.
