SJO Electric – Live Stream (EN)

The funk of the 1970s, the jazz-rock of the 1980s, hip hop and electronic music from the last two decades have not passed the musicians of the SJO by without leaving a trace. Important components of the decibel-strong program are big band originals by Jaco Pastorius and Don Ellis, arranged compositions by Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Pat Metheny or the Brecker Brothers, among others, as well as pieces of more recent date by Chris Potter, Niels Klein or Philip Henzi.
